Glassons Return Policy?
Glassons.com allows returns within 30 days from the receipt of your order. To process a return, proof of purchase is required. The items must be in new, unworn condition, with all garment tags and hygiene stickers intact. If these conditions are not met, the return may not be accepted.
For returns via courier to the distribution centre, only a refund can be offered. If an exchange is desired, items must be taken into one of the stores. Note that exchanges are not available for customers outside of Australia and New Zealand. International customers outside of these countries will need to return items for a refund and place a new order.
When returning swimwear, underwear, and earrings, these items can only be returned via the distribution centre or in stores.
